European technology PR agency network AxiCom has been awarded the UK account for LaCie, the leading manufacturer of computer peripherals for Windows, Apple and Linux users. AxiCom will undertake an intensive PR programme in the UK designed to generate excitement and boost consumer awareness of LaCie and its product range.
LaCie is focused on creating external storage solutions and colour monitors that help professionals and everyday people easily manage their digital lives. LaCie concentrates not only on bringing consumers leading-edge technology but also on producing original designs such as the LaCie Golden Disk which contains a small percentage of real gold.

AxiCom has been brought on board to manage the company's UK communications. AxiCom will drive a comprehensive news agenda and products reviews programme and look to widen the scope of media attention and coverage already received by LaCie.
